Please note: Check-in is located at 587 Old Mammoth Rd. Mammoth Lakes, CA, 93546. Keys and directions to your vacation home will be given upon check-in.

Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.

Check-in is after 16:00 the day of arrival. Check-out is 10:00. Minimum check-in age is 18. There may be times when access to your unit is unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Guests may contact the property for check-in info.

If checking in after office hours, you will be assigned a lockbox which is located in the Grand Mammoth Resorts lobby located at 587 Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546.

Please note: During holiday periods, 23 December through 2 January, check-in time may be after 18:00. During holiday periods there are no late check-outs. Penalties will apply.

Housekeeping during mid-stay is available upon request and price is determined depending on size of the unit. Hours vary.
