EagleRider of DC is an exciting location to begin any motorcycle journey. Centrally located about 30 minutes between both Washington Dulles International airport and Ronal Reagan National Airport, this convenient locale services the Washington DC and northern Virginia area and offers thrilling riding and site seeing opportunities. Whether you yearn to ride the mountain peaks of Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge parkway, visit the nation’s monuments in style, ride along the serene beaches of the eastern shore, or just enjoy the hundreds of miles of robust scenery on the country roads, EagleRider of DC has just what you need. We offer a large selection of motorcycles including Harley-Davidson®, Honda®, and BMW touring motorcycles as well as some smaller motorcycles and Scooters for new riders and the CanAm Spyder.

EagleRider of DC specializes in one way rentals to other locations throughout the country. We cater to large groups as well as individual riders who desire to ride from the East Coast to the West Coast, plan to take a long motorcycle vacation, or ride through the countryside for the weekend. We are also accepting reservations for Rolling Thunder in May, when over 100,000 motorcyclists parade through our nation’s capital to honor our fallen veterans on Memorial Day. There are an endless number of fantastic riding experiences waiting for you from our location. No matter how many times you visit us, you will have a different ride each time.

Inclusion

Motorcycle Rental - Client may choose type of motorcycle from Class A, Class B, or Class C. Transfers - Complimentary transfers are included for rentals 3 days or more and within a 7-mile radius of EagleRider Rental Station. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station to schedule their transfer and pick-up time. Saddle Bags - All rental motorcycles come equipped with saddlebags for storage of personal items. Helmets - Helmets are included for Driver and Passengers. Unlimited Mileage Orientation - Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the client's maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

Exclusion

Fuel costs are client’s responsibility. Client will receive motorcycle with a Full Tank of fuel and is responsible to return the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel. If Client doesn’t return the motorcycle with a Full Tank, client will be subject to a $25 refueling charge (higher fee’s out of Canada). Client has the option at pick-up of rental to purchase a Pre-Paid Fuel Option for $20 (not offered out of Canada) and can return the motorcycle empty. Insurance - Available for purchase upon pick up of motorcycle.

Hours of operation

Open 7-Days a week, April through October Monday-Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm Closed on: Winter, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Pick up: during the above mentioned rental location business hours. Return times: during the above mentioned rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted.

Participants must be at least 21 years or older, and must possess a valid driver’s license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle, scooter or Trike in the country, state or province of origin. Must have a minimum of one year riding experience on heavyweight motorcycles. GERMAN 1A Licenses are accepted at all EagleRider locations.

Policies If the guest's first choice of motorcycle is not available, guest's second choice (in the same class) will be assigned. Late Charge: $25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time. There is a $25 refueling charge if motorcycle is returned without a full tank of fuel. Road Restriction: Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads. Mexico Restriction: Clients cannot enter Mexico on a USA bike without written authorization or accompanied by an EagleRider Guide. Death Valley Warning: Entering Death Valley during the months of June - August, is consider a high risk due to extreme weather conditions. Clients travel during the listed months, travel at their own risk. Bike selections are subject to change upon availability. Surcharges: All One-Way Fee's, Bike Event Surcharges, and Insurances are sold directly at the location.
