Pay a little more and you could save a lot of time! At weekends, during Bank Holidays and during school holidays the EDF Energy London Eye is at its most popular. Fast Track tickets for the London Eye allow you to bypass part of the queue, and get your tickets just 15 minutes before your experience. Fast Track tickets are ideal for individuals, couples, families and groups who want to make the most of their day.

Hours of operation

Available daily. Closed: 24th December - Christmas Eve; 10am - 5.30pm. 25th December - Christmas Day; CLOSED. EDF Energy London Eye is scheduled to be closed for its annual maintenance from the 5th-16th January 2015 inclusive and no services will be available over this period. (This is subject to change).

Policies Cancellation: The moment a ticket is picked up, it is 100% non-refundable. Please arrive to the 4D Cinema Experience no later than 45 minutes from flight time Every person intending to join a Private Capsule Flight (including Cupid’s Capsule), Champagne Experience, Mulled Wine or Pimm’s Experience or Fast Track Ticket are encouraged to check in at the Priority Desk at County Hall 45 minutes prior to the booked flight time. A ticket will be issued to each individual entitling them to visit the 4D Cinema Experience. All of these guests must reconvene at the Priority Desk 15 minutes prior to their flight time. Alternatively, guests can visit the 4D Cinema Experience at their leisure after their flight. Latecomers will not be admitted to the London Eye except at the absolute discretion of LEC.
