Inclement winter weather may result in road closures and other unpredictable changes to the itinerary, for which the guide will be prepared to adjust accordingly.
The weather can be very cold and there is a lot of snowfall in the mountains. Please dress in warm, non-cotton layers and bring waterproof gear (preferably pants and jacket). If you have hiking boots/snow boots please bring these with you when snowshoeing. Warm socks, hat, and gloves are also necessary. SUGGESTIONS: Hat and sunglass, Light hiking pants made of synthetic materials (not cotton or denim), Non-cotton T-shirt or base layer, A long sleeve shirt or fleece jacket for cool mornings, Rain jacket or shell, Day-hikers or tennis shoes, and Water wicking socks.
Participant restriction
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on this tour.
Minors under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
