Meet a food-loving and informative local guide and begin your food adventure today by walking past the ancient Drum Tower to where Xi’an Muslim Quarter begins. This busy market area is filled with different kinds of produce and snacks – the true climax of Xi’an food – beef pancakes, persimmon cake, lamb kebabs, etc. Take a few of our finest choices for you and learn about the history and culture of the Chinese Muslims who reside here.
