Moderate to Advanced skill level snowmobile tour through backcountry, taking riders to new levels.

Inclusion

Winter boots, helmet, goggles, some outerwear if required.

Exclusion

Hotel pick-up; Gratuity.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily, December 19 to April 30; Departs at 11:30am, 2:30pm and 4:00pm.

Duration

Approximately 2 hours (round trip) with approximately 1.25 hours ride time.

Location Meet at one of our TWO locations: Main TAG office located in Mountain Square (next to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory) or Fairmont Chateau Whistler The Adventure Group desk (located downstairs near Portobello restaurant).

Participant restrictions

This tour is for SINGLE RIDERS ONLY! Driver must be 16 years old, with a valid driver’s license, with an adult on tour or 19 years old on own.

Additional Information Rating: Intermediate / Advanced Terrain, single riders only. Suggested Clothing: Same clothing as if you were going skiing. Comfortable clothing for the day including a warm shirt/outer layer. Boots recommended. Boots, outerwear and goggles can be provided free of charge.

Policies This tour has a minimum of 2 machines required for tour to run. Subject to snow conditions. Check-in 15-­20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Guide Gratuity: A $30 gratuity per guide is suggested, plus one $30 gratuity for each base manager working during the tour (usually one per activity). Accidental Damage Insurance must be purchased on location per driver - $20.
