Upper Antelope Canyon - Sightseeer's Tour

We meet at our office which is located in Page, AZ. You will travel from our office in our 4-wheel drive tour truck for 20 minutes to the mouth of the canyon. Once at the canyon the driver will guide you through the canyon and tell you about how it was formed, history and where to take a good picture. We enter the canyon at ground-level, walking within the canyon walls looking upwards of 100-130 feet to the top. There is no hiking or climbing involved, only an easy walk on a sandy Canyon floor which is level for the most part. The walk through the canyon is 1/4 mile in and 1/4 mile back out. You will have up to 50/60 minutes on your tour to take snap shots of the canyon, hear some history and also time for you to enjoy the beauty. Once your time inside is up we travel back to our office in the same truck with the same driver.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily; Departs at 8:00am, 9:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm; 7:00am, 4:30pm available March-October only. (During November-February 8:00am & 3:30pm lighting and weather conditions might not be in favor.)

Duration

You will be in the canyon for approximately 50-60 minutes to photograph and experience Antelope Canyon. Total tour time is approximately 1 ½ hours long.

Additional Information There is no hiking or climbing involved, the canyon floor is level for the most part which makes for easy walking. Suggested equipment to take along is a penlight, extra memory, batteries, and or film. Monopods work great on the Sightseer's Tour. We suggest those with tripods and those that wish to make a timed exposure image, please schedule our Photographer's tour. Bring drinking water.

Policies Tour time is on request only, guest will be placed at the next available tour time on the same date. We strongly encourage booking this tour 3-4 months prior to secure preferred tour time. During November-February 8:00am & 3:30pm lighting and weather conditions might not be in favor. Antelope Canyon is closed to the public and only accessible by tour. This is not a photo workshop. Pictures taken on tour shall be for personal use, if you’re planning on commercializing the images from tour you will have to obtain the proper permits first. Inquire if this is your plan.
