Tours take place on the Bear and Eagle courses.
Ziptrek Bear Tour - 4 ziplines, 4 treetop bridges.
Ziptrek Eagle Tour - 5 ziplines, 4 treetop bridges.
Guests are outfitted with a headlamp to light the way.
Inclusion
Headlamp; Choice of either Bear Tour or Eagle Tour; Complimentary shuttle from Whistler Village; Harnesses and helmets will be provided. Rainwear, mitts and winter boots provided upon request.

Twilight tours depart in the late afternoon/early evening December - March. Guest Service Hours 8:00am – 6:00pm.

Approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.

Participant restrictions
Ziptrek has a minimum age of 6 years and a minimum weight requirement of 65lbs/30kgs (Bear tour) and 75lbs/34kgs (Eagle tour) to ride solo and a maximum weight of 275lbs/125kgs (both tours).
A tandem tour must be requested upon booking any children under 65lbs/30kgs. Tandem can only be requested on the Bear tour.
It is not recommended that people with heart, cardiovascular or respiratory illness take part in Ziptrek.
Pregnant women are not permitted on Ziptrek.
Guests should be prepared with any allergy medications they require.
Guests should be informed that the tour includes some stair climbing and some hiking and to be prepared for light physical exertion.

Participants should dress for the weather.
Comfortable clothing and hiking boots or good athletic footwear should be worn. No open toed shoes.
Bags, purses and backpacks are not allowed on the tour for safety reasons. Guests should leave these items in their hotel room.

Every guest who participates on a tour is requested to read, and required to sign our standard Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Claims and Release of Liability Agreement. For guests under the age of 19, the Release must be signed by a parent or guardian. Guests under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian. Guests between 15 & 18 years of age can come without a parent, but the parent/guardian must complete the Release of Liability form in advance.
Ziptrek Ecotours is in no way obligated to complete a tour if one or more participants are found to be endangering themselves, others or the environment. Refunds will not be given in this situation.
