Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italia Demonstration Classes are presented class-room style. Enjoy watching Chef Michael Cerafesi prepare the menu while providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco followed by a generous sampling of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. This relaxed, interactive format encourages informative discussions to help you prepare the dishes with confidence at home.

Exclusion

Transportation to and from the venue.

Hours of operation

Classes begin promptly at 11:30am so please plan to arrive by 11:15am. Classes are generally scheduled on Thursdays, Fridays and/or Saturdays. Days and dates may vary and are not available on holidays including Christmas, New Years and Easter.

Policies Guest must call at least three (3) days in advance to book your class. 24-hour confirmation call is required to secure seating. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher. Tours are subject to change and updates.
