Gullfoss (Golden Falls)

( No user reviews )

In this land of beauty that is Iceland, a natural wonder stands above.

Gullfoss (Golden Falls) is a magnificent 32 meters high double waterfall on the Hvítá River (White River). The flow of the river from the regular rains and the glacial runoff, particularly in summer, makes it the largest volume falls in Europe. On a sunny day, the sky is filled with dozens of rainbows, providing a show of colours.
