Ferries to Kapas leave from Marang, which is about 45 minutes by car from Kuala Terengganu. You can ask for price quotes from local dealers(there is some agent for Pulau Kapas resort in Kuala Terengganu), to avoid further complication it is better to ask them about how to go if you're going to by yourself.it's better to ask for any package or if you're in group, it will be cheaper.Pulau Kapas or Cotton Island inherited its name from the native because of its incomparable white beaches.
