The smallest of the three Egadi Islands, for Grotta del Genovese, a cave with Neolithic paintings and Palaeolithic graffiti. It has a surface of only six square kilometers and is dotted with hills.

Grotta del Genovese can be reached by foot, by 4WD and then on foot along a steep slope, or by sea. It was discovered in 1949 and it was made famous by the Neolithic paintings on the walls and the graffiti drawings illustrating a bison and a deer.
