DAY 1: CUSCO/MACHU PICCHU: (Vistadome Train) Transfer to the railway station to go on board the train to the little town of Aguas Calientes. Then, we shall take a bus to the Sacred Citadel of the Incas "Machu Picchu". We shall visit the three windows temple, the Sacred Plaza, the Intihuatana "Sundial”, the Royal palace, the Sacred rock, the Sun temple the condor and some more esoteric and mystic places. Buffet Lunch at the top of the mountain. Stay at one of the hotels in Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu in order to fully appreciate the visit.

DAY 2: MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO Breakfast. Free morning. Do as you please with your free time: enjoy once more the energy and mystique offered by the fortress or do some hiking like going up Intipunku or Door of the Sun, entrance to Machu Picchu coming from the Inca Trail or climb the Huayna Picchu, mountain overlooking Machu Picchu and home to the temple of the Moon. At the arranged time, we will return to Cusco by bus and will be transferred to our hotel.

Inclusion

Day Machu Picchu excursion in Vistadome train. Lunch at the top of the mountain. 1 night of lodging at Machu Picchu or Aguas Calientes hotel.

REQUIRED: Hotel where is staying at Cusco and In order to issue the train tickets to Machu Picchu, all passengers must provide full name, passport number, and nationality. This information must be provided to Gray Line Peru prior to your trip via e-mail or phone. Rates are per person (selections are a single or double room) Prices are based in round-trip train ticket between Cusco and Machu Picchu in Vistadome class Departure time varies. Rates are not valid for Christmas or New Years, during which times special prices will be quoted by request. Contact Gray Line Peru 48 hours before departure to confirm your tour. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
