Available April 28, 2014 - October 26, 2014. Departures are throughout the day, and vary depending on season and holidays. Weekends Only: Departs Oakland at 9:00am; Departs Alameda at 9:10am.

One-way approximately 20 minutes.

Location Departure point: Pier 41. The Alameda/Oakland Ferry Services will run out of Gate B.

Policies Only service animals allowed. Scooters, skateboards & rollerskates/blades are not allowed on the island. No private Segways allowed on the ferry. It is recommended that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of their tour during fall/winter tour seasons. It is recommended for guests to arrive at least 25-30 minutes prior to their scheduled tours during the spring/summer tour seasons. An additional 5-10 minutes are requested if special attention is required. All tours operate weather permitting.
