Dinner Menu: -Tenderloin carpaccio with mature Beemster cheese, pine nuts & pumpkin seeds, loose-leaf lettuce and balsamic syrup served with white and brown French bread and herb butter. -Chicken fillets in red-wine gravy and Provençal vegetable tart served with a dish of seasoned potatoes and a dish of vegetable salad. -Milk-chocolate bavarois with a coulis of tangerine, seasonal fruit in orange juice marinated & a soft apricot foam.
