Central Valley Wine Tour

The central valley of Mendoza is historically the birthplace of Argentina´s wine making tradition, which started over a century ago from both Italian and Spanish immigrants. This morning we head for Achaval Ferrer, the award winning winery by the dry course of the Mendoza River, where we explore the concept of terror, while tasting wines produced at the Bodega´s different altitude vineyards. Afterwards we make our way to Belasco de Baquedano to visit the winery and it’s Hall of Aromas, the only one of its kind and scale in the Americas. Then we continue to Ruca Malen winery for a superb five course lunch pairing food & wine in sight of Cordon del Plata snowed peaks (19574 ft). Afternoon transfer back to the lodge and relax away.
