Explore both glaciers as well as taking in Mount Cook and Tasman. A landing on the snow for some magnificent photo opportunities tops off the flight. As a bonus, weather permitting, we cross the main divide for you to view the Tasman Glacier.

Hours of operation

Every 30 minutes from 9am to 4pm(last departure). We will endeavor to confirm the nearest available time. The actual departure time will be confirmed to you. Check in time is 20 minutes before departure at the appropriate flight office.

Location Franz Josef Flight Office - located in the Alpine Adventure Centre on the Main Road, Franz Josef. The helipad is only 2 minutes away from the flight office. Fox Glacier Flight Office - based in the Alpine Guides Building on the Main Road, Fox Glacier. Free courtesy transfer is provided to the helipad that is approximately 1km from the flight office.

Policies Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher. Minimum 3 Adults are required for tour to operate. Guests must provide own transportation to the departure point. Clients should bring camera, sunglasses, covered shoes (Trainers or Sneakers are ok, also Hiking boots if clients desire) and appropriate clothing – check with us before reporting time for appropriate clothing as it is subject to weather conditions on the day.
