Policies Closed toe shoes are required. No sandals, heels or flip flops. If your hotel is not included in the pick-up location, a central meeting location will be provided on your confirmation voucher. Local office contact information will be printed on your voucher. Our Jeep tours take place in the wild. Each tour is a new adventure for both AOW and the guest. AOW cannot foresee all possible scenarios that may impede an otherwise successful tour. Tours involving mother nature combined with man made vehicles that take place in remote areas cannot be totally controlled. The environment includes stream crossings, boulders, rocks, trees, unpredictable weather, and other vehicles on the roads and wildlife that may be encountered. Each and all affect the outcome of your adventure. Mechanical breakdowns do and can occur from time to time. Drive shafts break on rocks, batteries jostle loose. Rescue times may be long and are part of the experience. All equipment is impeccably maintained and guides are well trained. Should you encounter an out of the ordinary experience count yourself lucky. Full fares will be charged for all tours regardless of outcome.
