Marina Poplavskaya, who originated the title heroine in this striking production, and the rising soprano Marina Rebeka share the role of Violetta. Stephen Costello and Francesco Demuro are Alfredo, Ludovic Tézier is Germont, and Marco Armiliato conducts.
