Open 365 day a year including holidays Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:30pm Sunday 9:00am- 5:00pm. Hours subject to change.

Location Departure point: Downtown Manhattan Heliport at 6 East River Piers, New York, NY 10004. Manhattan Marriage Bureau: 141 Worth Street between Centre and Baxter Streets.

Participant restrictions

Children under 2 years of age AND under 35lbs fly for free when sitting on an adults lap. This policy is mandated by the FAA and is at the discretion of the pilot. This tour is for up to 5 passengers and includes the Officiate.

Policies Arrive 30 minutes prior to tour time. This tour is for 1-5 persons. For Legal Marriage recognized by the State of NY for both opposite sex and same sex couples. All passengers are required to pay a $35.00 per person facility fee / security fee, upon arrival, at the West 30th Street Heliport, The Downtown Heliport and the Paulus Hook Heliport.
State of the art headsets for all passengers so you can speak and hear your vows clearly. Package includes a photo plaque in front of helicopter and a special gift from us. Includes filing of your marriage paper work with the NYC Clerk. A New York Marriage license is required to make the marriage legal. The couple must appear in person at one of the borough offices. The cost of the License is $35.00. A blood test is not required. There is a waiting period of 24 hours from the time the license is issued. We do not fly over Yankee Stadium during home games.
