Monuments guided bike tour is the ultimate Washington DC highlights tour. Spend a few hours exploring the monuments and memorials on The National Mall; your guide will share unique facts and history at each stop before allowing a few minutes for exploration and photos. No other tour in DC will get you an up close look to as many sites in the same amount of time. Those on foot will envy you!

On this tour, you will see: The Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, Martin Luther King Memorial, WWII Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Albert Einstein Memorial and the White House.

Inclusion

Guided tour includes comfort bike rental, helmet, snack, and bottled water.

Exclusion

Transportation to and from the departure location; Gratuities.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily; Tour Departs at 2:30pm (March 14 - October), 2:00pm (November); Additional summer tour departure at 9:30am (May 24–August 24); No tour on July 4th.

Duration

Approximately 3 hours and about 4 miles (easy ride).

Location Tour begins and ends at our National Mall location at L’Enfant Plaza: 955 L’Enfant Plaza SW, North Building, Washington, DC 20024. Metro (suggested): Take Green, Yellow, Orange or Blue line to L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Follow signs for “L’Enfant Plaza” exit; above the exit, you will see large circular artwork of a dog wearing a spacesuit. At the top of the escalator, turn right (you will see a Starbucks) and exit to the outside. Walk towards the square brown Metro pole ahead and turn right and go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, turn right and walk towards the Plaza. Bike and Roll DC is the first storefront in the first building on the right.

Policies Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure for check-in. Guests require photo ID at check-in. Helmets are mandatory when riding our bikes.
Trailer carriages and trailer tandems are available for rent for children.
Tours may be cancelled if the weather makes for dangerous riding conditions. If we are unable to reschedule the tour, we will issue a full credit or refund.
Guest is required to call at least 48 hours ahead of the tour date to reconfirm the reservation and to provide height information. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
