Empire State Building Observatory: You haven't experienced real magic of New York until you've seen it all from the top of the Empire State Building. Soaring 1,050 ft (320m) into the sky above the heart of Manhattan, the 86th Floor observatory offers stunning panoramic views, up to 80-miles in every direction. Along with its popular 360-degree outdoor deck, the observatory also has an indoor gallery to enjoy the views, rain or shine, day or night. The building recently became a global leader in energy efficiency with $550 million in upgrades. A $2 million multi-media exhibit highlighting these improvements is now open at the second floor visitor center, free of charge. With the recent enhancements and wonderful, rich history, the Empire State Building continues to impress visitors from around the world.

Hours of operation

Observatory is open 8:00am to 2:00am Daily. The last elevators go up at 1:15am.

Location Guest must first go to the Empire State Building located at 350 5th Avenue (5th Avenue and 34th Street) Bring voucher to Ticket Window on 2nd Floor. Guest will then be issued a Circle Line ticket that is good for 14 days.
