Ride-Along: Experience real life racing thrills by riding shotgun in a two-seat stock car driven by one of our professional instructors as you experience a simulated 3-lap NASCAR qualifying run at speeds exceeding 165 MPH.

Ride-Along Tour: Join Richard Petty Driving Experience for a unique and one-of-a-kind excursion to the fabulous Las Vegas Motor Speedway as you Ride-Along in a 600-HP NASCAR style race car at speeds in excess of 160 MPH. The Ride-Along Experience consists of three high-speed laps with a professional instructor behind the wheel. The tour will also feature a facility overview of the largest sporting venue on the West Coast, a tour of the Richard Petty Driving Experience Race Shop, as well as a stop at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Gift Store.

Hours of operation

Ride-Alongs Available from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Ride-Along Tour Times 8:00am and 12:00pm; Pick-up times 7:45am and 11:45am. January-May, 2015: Ride-Alongs Available from 11:30am-3:30pm. Ride-Along Tour Times 10:30am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm. Ride-Along 11:00am-2pm, Ride-Along Tour 10:30am (January 7, 14, 22, 28; February 4, 11, 19, 25; March 11, 12, 19, 26)

Duration

Approximately 3-4 hours.

Location Pick-up at: Excalibur Rotunda (Airport/Shuttle Bus area). Paris (North Tour Lobby by Race & Sports Book). Treasure Island (Sirens Cove Bus Area) The Mirage (North Tour Valet). Harrah’s (Bus Depot adjacent to the main valet).

Participant restrictions

Participants must be at least 14 years of age. If under 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participants must have ability to climb through a 15” high and 30” wide window that sits 36” from the ground.

Additional Information Guests should wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. No sandals will be allowed.

Policies Please arrive at your preferred pick-up location 15 minutes before the stated pick up time. Maximum number of guests: 5. All guests must sign a release. RPDE reserves the right to cancel a Ride-Along and/or Driving Experience due to weather or other situations beyond RPDE’s control, including guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In the event of a weather cancellation, guests will be given a voucher (for Ride-Along) that does not expire or the option to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date or be issued a rain-out certificate, valid for one year from date of issue (for Driving Experience).
