Maximum weight 250 pounds. Minimum age 6 years old. This tour is not recommended for people with severe physical handicaps, heart condition, asthma and pregnant women. It is definitely not recommended for claustrophobic people. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to take the tour.

Policies The following items cannot be taken inside the underground river: Caps, sunglasses, flip flops, watches, jewelry, photo or video cameras non water proof, bags, any object inside the swim suit. Please confirm reservation 48 hours in advance with Olympus Tours Cancun office or see your Olympus Tours Representative at the hotel upon arrival. Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
