Ride the gondola and beginner chairlift up Whistler Mountain, then strap on your snowshoes for a trip through freshly fallen snow in Whistler's most pristine old growth forest. This tour is famous for its birds that you will see and have the opportunity to hand feed. You can also try our amazing snow slides that are fun for the whole family!

Hours of Operation Available: Daily, December - April; Departs at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:30pm.

Duration

Approximately 1.5 hours (round trip) with approximately 1 hour snowshoe time.

Location Whistler Mountain: Main Village Office or Fairmont activity desks.

Participant restrictions

Minimum child age is 5 years old.

Additional Information Suggested Clothing: Same clothing as if you were going skiing. It is recommended that guests dress in layers and bring gloves, goggles & boots if they have them. There is no gear available at the base.

Policies This tour requires a minimum of 2 passengers. Check-in 15 minutes prior to tour. Subject to snow conditions. Guide Gratuity: a $30 gratuity per guide is suggested, plus one $30 gratuity for each base manager working during the tour (usually one per activity).
