Begin by going through our Dinner Buffet for a wide variety of delicious foods that is sure to please all taste buds. “Chopped” champion and celebrity chef Eric LeVine’s cooked up some great new dishes for Spirit of Philadelphia. While you dine, you’ll enjoy a fascinating narrated tour of your city's most spectacular sights such as the Spirit of Philadelphia Docked at Penn's Landing, Moshulu, Flag Ship Olympia, Gazela, Ben Franklin Bridge, USS Becuna, Adventure Aquarium, Philadelphia Skyline, The Naval Shipyard, Walt Whitman Bridge, Flagship Olympia and much more seen from our huge panoramic windows.

Spirit of Philadelphia Dinner Menu:

FRESH SALADS: Served with freshly baked bread, whipped and flavored butter Spirit Salad - Mixed greens tossed with cranberries, chili almonds and apples, served with roasted garlic balsamic or apple bacon vinaigrette. Classic Caesar - Romaine, parmesan cheese and herb croutons tossed in our house caesar dressing.

ENTREES: Signature Spirit Short Ribs - Asian-style short ribs and scallion mashed potatoes Pan - Seared Chicken - Seasoned chicken breast topped with wild mushroom ragout, served over herb polenta. Baked Tilapia - Herb-crusted tilapia atop tomato orzo and drizzled with a lemon caper sauce. Cavatelli - Pasta tossed with roasted vegetables and tomatoes in a fontina cream sauce. Mediterranean Stuffed Tomato - Vine-ripe tomatoes filled with couscous, feta cheese and basil pesto.

DESSERT: Dessert Tasting Trio - Malt ball mousse, chocolate fudge cake, mini apple crisp.

In the case of severe weather conditions or upon direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will remain dockside for the length of the event. Boarding Photos will be available for purchase on-board and after the cruise.

Participant restrictions

Children under 3 are complimentary. There is no child's rate available on the Saturday Dinner Cruise.

Policies Dress Code: For men, appropriate attire includes slacks and a polo or button down shirt. For women, nice slacks, Capri pants or a sundress is recommended. Although allowed, we strongly discourage collarless t-shirts, jeans, shorts or sneakers. Rates may not apply for holiday and specialty cruises and are subject to change. The vessel is wheelchair accessible. However, you must inform the supplier of your specific needs at time of reservations. *Cruise schedules change often. Guests will receive sail time upon final confirmation.
