The tour starts with a pick-up at Keflavik International Airport. From there we drive through the harsh, rugged landscape and head for the Blue Lagoon.

The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa situated in the youngest lava field in west Iceland. Once there you have many recreational options such as walking in the Blue Lagoon’s spectacular surroundings, bathing in the milky blue-green water. For a unique experience indulge yourself with an outdoor massage or one of the spa treatments available there.

On site there is also a fantastic restaurant with á la carte menu and a Blue Lagoon shop, selling skin care products based on a unique blend of Blue Lagoon geothermal seawater, as well as selected Icelandic designer gifts, artwork, and clothing.

Transfers from the Blue Lagoon to Reykjavík are available at 5:15pm, 7:00pm and 9:00pm (driving time about 50 minutes). Please tell the bus driver on the way to the Blue Lagoon which departure you plan to take after your visit to the Blue Lagoon.

Transportation from Keflavik Airport to the Blue Lagoon; Transportation from Blue Lagoon to hotels located in central Reykjavik.

Exclusion

This is a non-guided transfer service. The entrance fee to the bathing area at the Blue Lagoon is not included in the tour price.

Hours of operation

Available: Daily, departures from the Keflavik Airport to Blue Lagoon are available at 4:30pm and 5:30pm (and 10:30am Jun 7-Sep 30 Only); Departures from the Blue Lagoon to Reykjavik are available at 5:15pm, 7:00pm and 9:00pm. No departures on: December 23-25, 31.

Duration

Driving time from the airport to the Blue Lagoon about 20 minutes. Driving time from the Blue Lagoon to Reykjavík about 50 minutes.

Policies

This is a non-guided transfer service. Please tell the bus driver on the way to the Blue Lagoon which departure you plan to take after your visit to the Blue Lagoon. Lockers are included in the price of the Blue Lagoon, towels and robes are available to rent for a fee
