Waco Hoover Dam Tour

Our 30 minute tour starts as we head east over Dutchman's Pass to fly over the historic town of Boulder City. We will then circle over Black Canyon and the Hoover Dam itself, named one of the Seven Wonders of the Industrial World. Some other views on our circuit of the valley will be the beautiful Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Lake Las Vegas and an unforgettable view of the Las Vegas Strip with a beautiful backdrop of Red Rock State Park and the iconic Mount Charleston.

Inclusion

Hotel picks up/drop off, 10 minute safety briefing, Flight with a trained instructor pilot and Entrance into the SCA Heritage Museum.

Exclusion

Fuel surcharge, Gratuity, Food and beverage.

Hours of operation

Summer flight departures (April - September): 6:00am, 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:00pm, 8:00pm and 10:00pm. Winter flight departures (October - March): 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm, 5:00pm, 7:00pm and 9:00pm.

Duration

Flight time is 30 minutes. 3 hours door to door.

Participant restrictions

Participants must weigh between 40 - 350 pounds, and be no taller than 6'6. There is a maximum of 2 passengers allowed weighing no more than 350 pounds. Service will be refused to any participants under the influence of alcohol. For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.

Policies

Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your confirmation voucher. There is a fuel charge per person that will be paid to the facility upon check-in. Shoes and socks required. The waco is an open cockpit biplane, therefore appropriate apparel is required. Warm jackets are recommended in winter.
