Escape to the mountains for two full days of hiking, sightseeing and exploring in the amazing natural wilderness of Yosemite National Park! You may choose from two hotel options, depending on your budget and preferences. This is an experiential tour where you’ll see not just the Valley Floor, but the outlying areas of the park that many tourists miss (by not having transportation or time). In the valley, you’ll have the opportunity to visit and photograph such famous highlights as Yosemite Falls (the tallest waterfall in North America), El Capitan, Half Dome, Bridalveil Fall, and Inspiration Point. Beyond the valley, you will take a trip to the awe-inspiring Glacier Point* and enjoy a hike among the Giant Sequoias*. You will have two days to explore, giving you more time and flexibility to see all the sights. Your guide stays with the group throughout the tour, providing valuable knowledge of the history of Yosemite and a more personal experience of the park during your trip. Inclusion

Complimentary pick-up/drop-off from your San Francisco hotel, Full-time professional, knowledgeable guide, Transportation to/from Yosemite in biodiesel mini-coach, Yosemite Park entrance fee, Narrated guided tour, Accommodations at Yosemite Lodge, in Yosemite Valley, and Breakfast on day 2.

Exclusion

Meals (other than breakfast day 2); stops will be made to purchase food, and Guide gratuity.

Hours of operation

Available Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Pick-up time is between 6:00-7:00am. (Pick-up time depends on the location of your hotel).

Additional Information Hotel pick-up is from centrally located hotels in San Francisco. There will be no pick-up from airport properties. Please bring a small overnight bag (something that can fit under the seat), sneakers/hiking boots, hiking clothes (shorts and t-shirts), change of clothes, swimwear and towel, warm layers for night, sun protection, bug spray, water bottle and raincoat/jacket. Weather permitting. Some activities are not accessible in extreme weather or due to road closures. Every attempt will be made to find comparable activities if these options are not available during your trip. Tours may be cancelled or modified due to lack of participation, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions or road conditions.
